Downgraded Creations is run by a husband and wife. We are the brains behind the operation, and everything we sell is made in-house by us. We never buy finished products and resell them. Every piece is printed on our Bambu Lab X2D printers.

We accept returns on defective items within 30 days of the purchase date. To start a return, email Downgraded.Creations@gmail.com and put "Return" in the subject line. Once we hear from you, we will set up the return.
Whatever you have. A photo of a broken part, a rough sketch, measurements, or just a description of your idea all work. You do not need a 3D file or any technical background.
Every custom piece is priced individually, because no two are alike. The price depends on how much material it uses, how long it takes to print, how much time we spend designing and preparing the file, and any finishing work such as cleanup or assembly. Larger and more detailed pieces take more of all of these, and ordering several at once is figured in too. Send us your idea and we will give you a price before anything is printed.
